Mahr combined their measuring platforms Marsurf3D GS or SX with a measuring head of choice. MarSurf3D SX has axis sizes up to 200mm. The GS platform, is suitable for large workpieces from 200mm. Users can choose between different axes depending on the size of the workpiece. An integrated overview camera, a point sensor and an enclosure are available on request. The area-based measuring head technologies range from focus variation to white light interferometry and confocal measurement. Confocal profilometry and line sensor technology are also available.
Users can opt for the multi-sensor measuring head, which combines surface measurement technologies. This means that you can carry out all surface measurements down to the lower nanometer range with a single device, and in real time.
