Hamamatsu’s G1682x series consists of compact InGaAs line scan sensors designed for multi-channel spectrophotometry in the NIR. The image sensors with front-illuminated sensor elements do not require cooling and offer high sensitivity. The series allows users to perform simultaneous analysis across multiple channels and combines an InGaAs photodiode array with a CMOS chip for stable operation from 0.9 to 2.1µm. Users can optimize performance via an adjustable conversion efficiency and choose between two settings via an external voltage.
