The special feature of the OptoNCDT ILR3800-100 laser distance sensor from Micro-Epsilon is the high signal stability and precision on different surfaces. Measurements can be made up to 150m and up to 100m without a reflector. The measuring rate is 20Hz with a resolution of 0.1mm. OEM users in particular benefit from the high reproducibility <300µm and the linearity <±1mm of the IP67 sensor. The ILR3800-100-H variant was developed for extreme outdoor conditions. Equipped with a heating system, it enables measurements in the temperature range from -40 to +55°C.
