With Automated Vision Inspection, Kistler is offering turnkey, fully automated inspection systems for the quality inspection of sensitive components for the first time. A specially designed, vision-guided pick & place robot picks parts from filled blisters, for example, or picks them accurately from bulk material. Camera technology then inspects the parts and sorts the good parts back into blisters as required. Bad parts are automatically sorted out.
